Many of the students that have had to take the remediation program offered by hnsclasses have felt the same way. The reason is that by the time they have arrived at HNS® they have been through many or all of the other programs on the market. Although, those programs work for many there is not group they don’t work for nor will they ever work. The reason is that the programs are standardized a cookie cutter solution for all candidates and in theory this should work. The problem is we all don’t think alike. In fact, when the NCSBN® has workshops in questions to include in their databank they ask participants to verbally think through the question. The reason that this is implemented in this fashion is to allow the other members understand the thought process of the person being presented the potential question.

The HNS® system works in a very similar fashion through its nursing seminars or webinars the student can access the course work at any time 24/7. Once, the student completes a section the student will then complete an exam and email that exam. This way the hns instructor can work one to one with the student. The instructor will be able to see the problem areas does the student under analyze or over analyze is the problem a problem of knowledge. Many times the instructor might present the student with a question and ask the student to take the instructor through his /her thought process related to the question. In this fashion, the HNS® system is the only one that will correct the mistakes the student makes. Unlike, the NCSBN® where the objective is to reach a consensus as to how the question should be categorized once the question is in the databank then there is only one way to view the question.
The HNS® system is also standard like the other systems but the individual have very different and specific problems and therefore this system combines the need for a standard based on the nursing process and Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs and combines it will individual coaching.
